About our team

Kristine A Cecil, CPA

Kris has provided accounting, business advisory and tax services for over fifteen years. Her clients range from small to mid-size closely held companies in various industries including service, real estate, construction, health care, and manufacturing. We pride ourselves in our high level of customer service and rewarding business relationships. Almost all of our new business comes from client referrals. Kris' background in both public and private accounting gives her a unique perspective into the financial, tax and business needs of your company.

Kris is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Arizona and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Arizona Society of CPAs. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.After college, Kris worked for the University Phoenix, then spent several years with a regional CPA firm based in Phoenix (Semple & Cooper, PLLC). The firm specialized primarily in the construction and professional service industries. Through Semple & Cooper she worked on several public offerings, including one company which eventually offered her a Controller position that she held for about 10 years. Prior to starting her own firm, Kris partnered with another CPA where they grew their firm from a one CPA office to a five team member office. This experience gained her invaluable tax and small business consulting experience. Kris resides in Prescott with her husband, Jerry, a real estate agent, and their three children.
